Each patch carries an essential oil blend; the individual oils are not specified. Cats are sensitive to essential oils and strong scents; use sparingly in a ventilated room and stop if your cat shows any irritation. External use only: keep patches off fur and skin, and out of reach of children and pets.

Stick it near your cat

Can I stick a patch on my cat or its collar?

No. Place it near your cat, not on your cat. A patch on fur or a collar sits right under their nose and within reach of their teeth, so use the carrier or bed instead.

Do patches work as well as a plug-in diffuser?

They do a different job. Patches are made for places without an outlet, like carriers, crates and hotel rooms; for a room your cat uses every day, a plug-in diffuser gives continuous coverage.

Will I be able to smell it?

It uses an essential oil blend, so you may notice a scent up close. Cats are more sensitive to scent than we are, so place the patch where your cat can move away from it if they choose.

It didn't seem to calm my cat. What now?

Give it a few uses before judging, and place each patch where your cat actually rests, not across the room. For tension at home, a plug-in diffuser covers a whole room, and each cat should have its own food, water, litter box and resting spots.
