How soon will the tear stains fade?

Older stains take time to lighten. Wipe gently every day and look for gradual change rather than an overnight result.

Do they have a scent?

The pads use a plant-based formula. If your cat is sensitive to smells, try one pad on the chin first and watch how they react before wiping near the eyes.

My cat won't hold still near the eyes. Any tips?

Try right after a nap or during lap time, and approach from the side instead of straight at the face. A slow wipe with one hand under the chin is easier than chasing the eye.

What if my cat's eyes are red or constantly weepy?

These wipes are for cosmetic cleaning of fur and crust, not for eye problems. Ongoing redness, swelling, discharge or heavy tearing should be checked by your vet.
