You're not dirty. Cat pee just soaks in deep.

Cat pee doesn't sit on top of the carpet. It sinks in and spreads wider than the stain you can see, so a quick spritz only cleans the top. This bio-enzyme spray is meant to be used generously: soak the spot as deep and as wide as the pee went, and it breaks down urine and litter box odors at the source instead of masking them.
5 reasons to love the LitterBond urine odor spray: made for cat pee and litter box smells, bio-enzyme formula with persimmon tannin, for carpets, sofas and bedding, light scent, breaks odor down
Breaks odor down, not over
Enzymes go after the source of urine and litter box odor, so you're not just layering perfume over the problem.
Enzymes plus persimmon tannin
The bio-enzyme formula is paired with persimmon tannin (kakishibu), a centuries-old Japanese plant material now studied for neutralizing ammonia, plus plant extracts.
A light scent, not a perfume cloud
It has a light, fresh scent rather than a heavy perfume layered over the smell. Open a window while it dries if your cat is sensitive to smells.
Made for soft surfaces
Use it where accidents actually happen: carpets, sofas, cat beds, bedding and the floor around the litter box. Test a hidden spot first.

Soak it, don't spritz it

Find it and soak it
Blot up any fresh liquid, then keep misting until the spot is fully wet, as wide and as deep as the pee went. One light pass won't reach it. A blacklight helps you find older spots you can't see.
Let it work
Leave it for 10–15 minutes before touching the area, and keep your cat away until it's dry.
Blot, dry, check, repeat
Blot with a clean cloth and let the area air-dry. Older or set-in spots often need more than one round. The best check: leave the room for a while, come back and breathe in.

    Size & materials

The slim 100 ml mist bottle suits small spots, the floor around the litter box and quick touch-ups. Soaking a carpet or more than one spot takes more than a quick mist, so for those, pick the 400 ml trigger spray.

Questions cat parents ask

Don't see yours? Send it to us through the contact page.

The smell came back after I cleaned. Why?
Usually because only the surface got cleaned. Pee sinks into carpet and cushions and spreads wider than the stain, and what's left underneath can start to smell again, often on a warm, damp day. Soak the spot as deep and as wide as the pee went, and expect older spots to need more than one round. If pee has soaked through to the carpet pad or subfloor, a spray alone may not be enough, and the pad sometimes has to be replaced.
My cat keeps peeing in the same spot. Can this help?
Cats often return to spots that still smell like urine, so removing the odor completely is an important step. If the habit continues, talk to your vet, since changes in litter habits can have many causes.
Is the scent strong?
It has a light, fresh scent rather than a heavy perfume. Open a window while it dries if your cat is sensitive to smells.
Will it stain, and is it OK to use around my cat?
Test it on a small hidden area first and let it dry fully before you judge the result. It's for surfaces only: never spray it on your cat, avoid contact with eyes, keep your cat away until the area is dry, and keep the bottle out of reach of children.
