Ingredients & safety
Vest: suede-feel fabric and mesh (the Baby Blue & Pink colorway is mesh outside), with reflective bands and piping. Hardware: hook-and-loop panel, plastic side-release buckle and metal D-ring. Leash: 1.5 m braided rope with reflective flecks, a foam-padded handle and a snap hook. Care: hand wash or machine wash, per the supplier. Fit: you should be able to slide two fingers under the straps. Start with short indoor sessions and always supervise; never leave the harness on your cat unattended or use it to tie your cat up outside. Check the buckle, hook-and-loop and leash clip before every walk. No harness can promise that a cat won't wriggle free, so stay close and keep walks calm.

A soft vest for supervised adventures

Strappy harnesses can feel fiddly, and many cats freeze the first time they wear one. This soft vest wraps the chest, closes with hook-and-loop plus a buckle, and comes with a matching reflective leash.
LitterBond Vest Harness & Reflective Leash Set - 5 reasons to love it
Soft suede-feel vest
The vest is made from soft suede-feel fabric with rolled, piped edges around the openings. The Baby Blue & Pink Mesh colorway uses open mesh instead.
Reflective bands and piping
Gray reflective bands cross the vest and the piped edges reflect light, while the rope leash has reflective flecks woven in.
Hook-and-loop plus a buckle
A wide hook-and-loop panel closes the vest, a side-release buckle clips the strap, and the leash attaches to a metal D-ring on top.
Matching padded-handle leash
Every set includes a 1.5 m (4.9 ft) braided rope leash with a foam-padded handle loop, in a color that matches the harness.

Harness Walks in 3 Steps

LitterBond Vest Harness & Reflective Leash Set - how to use in 3 steps
Measure the chest
Measure around the widest part of your cat's chest, just behind the front legs, and pick the size whose range includes it.
Two-finger check
Close the hook-and-loop and the buckle, then make sure two fingers slide under the straps: snug, but not tight.
Practice indoors
Let your cat wear it for short sessions inside with lots of praise before you clip on the leash and head out together.

Questions cat parents ask

Don't see yours? Send it to us through the contact page.

Which size should I choose?
Measure your cat's chest at the widest point and match it to the chart, then check the neck range; weight is only a guide. If your cat falls between two sizes, choose the larger one and close the hook-and-loop for a snug fit.
Can my cat slip out of it?
No harness can promise that a determined cat won't wriggle free. Do the two-finger check before every walk, start indoors, and always stay with your cat with the leash in hand.
My cat freezes when I put it on. What can I try?
That is common at first. Keep the first sessions short and indoors with praise and play, and add the leash only once your cat moves around normally in the vest.
How do I clean it?
The supplier says the harness can be hand washed or machine washed. Close the hook-and-loop first so it doesn't snag, and let everything dry fully before the next walk.
