Ingredients & safety
Felt discs threaded on a yellow cotton rope, with a cotton tassel, a small jingle bell and a natural silvervine piece many cats love to sniff, lick and chew. Supervised play only, and put the toy away after play. The bell and silvervine piece are small parts and rope threads should never be swallowed, so check the toy regularly and throw it away if the bell loosens, the tassel frays or the felt is chewed into pieces.
What's in the box
3 or 6 identical felt caterpillar chew ropes

A rainbow caterpillar to chase and kick

When your cat stops responding to the usual toys, a new texture can help. This felt caterpillar gives soft layers to chew, a tassel to chase, a jingle bell and a silvervine piece to sniff.
LitterBond Felt Caterpillar Chew Ropes - 5 reasons to love it
Soft stacked felt discs
Chunky felt circles and flower shapes are threaded tightly on the rope, so the layered edges give a soft, chewy texture to bite and hold.
Silvervine piece on the rope
A natural silvervine piece sits near the tassel end for your cat to sniff, lick and chew between kicks.
Jingle bell and long tassel
A small jingle bell at one end rings as the caterpillar moves, and a loose cotton tassel at the other end trails behind for chasing.
Light and easy to carry
At about 17 cm (6.7 in) long and around 14 g, it is easy to carry in the mouth, toss across the room and wrap up in a bunny kick.

Caterpillar Play in 3 Steps

LitterBond Felt Caterpillar Chew Ropes - how to use in 3 steps
Swing and Jingle

Let Them Kick
Let your cat catch it and chew, carry or bunny-kick it while you stay nearby.
Store After Play
Put the caterpillar away out of reach after the session, and look over the bell and rope before next time.

Questions cat parents ask

Don't see yours? Send it to us through the contact page.

Can I choose the styles?
No, because there is only one design: a 3-Pack holds 3 identical caterpillars and a 6-Pack holds 6. The order of the felt colors can vary slightly from one caterpillar to the next.
What is the brown piece on the rope?
It is a natural silvervine piece, there for your cat to sniff and chew. It is small, so play together and remove the toy if the piece comes loose.
Is the bell noisy?
It is one small jingle bell, so it rings when the caterpillar is batted or carried and goes quiet when it lies still.
How long will it last?
That depends on how hard your cat chews. Felt and cotton wear down with play, so check the toy after each session and swap in a fresh one from your pack once it looks worn.
