Ingredients & safety

Hand-crocheted chunky yarn collar with yarn ties. Patch designs have a sewn-on plush patch (the bell patch has a small satin bow) and small snowflake sequins; the pom-pom and Peter Pan designs have sewn-on felt pom-poms. This is a dress-up and photo accessory for short, supervised wear: stay with your cat while it is on and take it off for sleep, solo play and time outdoors. It is decorative, not for a leash or ID tag, and it is not chew-resistant; the pom-poms, sequins, plush patch and yarn ties can be chewed or come loose, so check the collar before each use and remove it if your cat chews or paws at it. Spot clean and lay flat to dry.

Santa Snowflake has a plush Santa face, Tree Snowflake a plush tree with stars and Bell Snowflake a yellow bell with a red satin bow. All three have small snowflake trims.

Red Pom-Pom has white felt balls on red, Green Pom-Pom has red felt balls on green, and both have a cream scalloped edge.

S fits cats about 2.2-6.6 lb and M fits cats about 6.6-16.5 lb.

Tie it loosely

Knot the ties in a loose bow, at the back on most designs and at the front on the Peter Pan collar. Two fingers should slide under easily.

Snap and untie

Take your photos while you are right there, then untie the collar and put it away.

Which size should I choose?

Go by weight first, then check the neck against the band length. If your cat falls between sizes, email support@litterbond.com before ordering.

Can I use it as an everyday collar?

No. It is a decorative photo collar, not for a leash or ID tag, and it should come off as soon as the photos are done.

My cat is new to costumes. Any tips?

Start with a few seconds at a time and a treat, keep the ties loose, and stop if your cat shakes its head, paws at the collar or freezes.

Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
