Each capsule holds a pheromone-based calming blend that contains lavender oil; the pendant is silicone and the band is adjustable. Cats are sensitive to essential oils and strong scents; use sparingly in a ventilated room and stop if your cat shows any irritation. External use only: do not open or chew the capsules, and keep them out of reach of children and pets.

Insert a capsule

Press one capsule into the clear window on the pendant until it's secure.

Fit the collar

Thread the band through the pendant's two slots, then fasten it with room for two fingers under the band.

Swap when it's time

When it's time for a fresh capsule, pop the used one out and press in the spare from the tin.

How long does each capsule last?

The set is made for up to 2 months with both capsules, so plan to swap in the spare around the halfway point.

Does it smell of lavender?

You may notice a lavender scent, especially with a fresh capsule. Cats smell far more than we do, so if your cat paws at the pendant or shies away from it, take the collar off.

Is the pendant comfortable to wear?

The pendant is silicone on an adjustable band. Watch your cat the first time they wear it, and loosen or remove the collar if it rubs, catches or your cat keeps scratching at it.

My cat still seems unsettled. Is it working?

Changes are usually gradual, so use the collar consistently before judging, and keep routines steady. In multi-cat homes, give each cat its own food, water, litter box and resting spots, and add a plug-in diffuser to the room they share most.
