Bath day is hard enough without a shampoo that barely lathers or leaves the coat dull. This botanical formula foams gently even when diluted, rinses easily and leaves fur soft, shiny and fresh-smelling.

Rich lather, less product

Dilute it 1:5 to 1:20 with water and it still works into a gentle lather, so one 500 ml bottle stretches across more washes.

Olive and coconut oils, amino acids and silk protein help leave the coat soft to the touch with a glossy finish once dry.

A smoother coat is easier to comb out after the bath, especially when you finish with the Coat Conditioner.

Three bottles, one routine

Pick Smoothing Shampoo, Aromatic Shampoo or Coat Conditioner, or pair a shampoo with the conditioner for a two-step bath.

Dilute, lather, rinse

Dilute in a cup

Mix one part shampoo with 5 to 20 parts warm water in a cup or bottle. Use the stronger mix for a very dirty or thick coat.

Lather gently

Wet your cat with warm water, keeping the head dry, then work the diluted shampoo in with your fingertips from neck to tail.

Rinse, condition, dry

Rinse until the water runs clear and no suds remain. Follow with Coat Conditioner if you like, rinse again, then towel-dry.

Other shampoos barely lather. Do I need to use a lot?

No. Dilute it first and work it in with your fingertips; a diluted mix spreads through fur more evenly than a thick blob. For a very dirty coat, use the stronger 1:5 mix.

Is it scented? My cat hates strong smells.

Yes, it leaves a long-lasting fresh scent. If your cat is sensitive to smells, choose the weaker 1:20 dilution, rinse very thoroughly and keep the bathroom door open.

What if my cat scratches after the bath?

Leftover suds can bother the skin, so rinse until the coat feels squeaky-clean and dry it fully. If scratching, redness or flaking continues, stop using it and check with your vet.

Should I use the shampoo and conditioner together?

You can use a shampoo on its own or shampoo first and follow with Coat Conditioner. The conditioner step is most useful for long or tangle-prone coats.
