Four soft silicone massage heads on a rounded shell, with a built-in rechargeable 1200 mAh battery (5 V, Micro USB charging). Always hold it during use and never leave it running on your cat. Keep it off long or loose fur that could wrap around the turning heads. Stop if your cat shows discomfort, such as flattened ears, a flicking tail or trying to leave. Keep the device away from water, and wipe the heads with a barely damp cloth only while it is switched off and unplugged. Store it out of reach of children.

Is it loud?

It has a small motor, so it hums while the heads turn, and we don't have a decibel figure to share. Run it across the room a few times before the first session.

My cat seems unsure. What should I do?

Some cats take a few tries to warm up. Start on the lowest level for a few seconds, stop before your cat walks off, and try again another day.

Can I use it on a long-haired cat?

Stick to short-haired areas. Long or loose fur can wrap around the turning heads, so switch it off right away if you feel it catch.

How long does a charge last?

A full charge takes about 2 hours over Micro USB. Run time depends on the level you use, so top it up when the heads start to slow.
