Ingredients & safety

Soft faux-fur plush with PP cotton filling, catnip and a natural silvervine twig stem. Supervise play and store the toys out of reach afterwards. Check toys regularly and throw away any that are torn or have loose parts. Replace the stick when it splinters or gets small.

Set one fruit on the floor near your cat and let her sniff the silvervine stem first.

Let them hug and kick

Roll it a short distance, then let her hug, kick and carry it while you stay nearby.

Rotate and reseal

Put the fruit away after play and keep the spares in a sealed bag, so their scent lasts longer between turns.

Everyday uses
Leave one out for solo play on a quiet afternoon, or roll one over when your cat is ready for bunny kicks. In multi-cat homes, give each cat their own fruit.
Size & materials
Each fruit is about 3.1-3.5 in (8-9 cm) wide and 4.3-5.1 in (11-13 cm) tall (hand-measured, possibly including the stem) and weighs about 20 g (0.7 oz). The faux-fur plush has no bell or crinkle, so play stays quiet.

My cat ignores catnip. Will she still play with these?

She may. Silvervine wins over many cats that ignore catnip, which is why each fruit has both. Not every cat reacts to either, but many still enjoy the soft fur and the chase.

Can I choose the styles?

Not at the moment. Packs are assorted and we pick the mix of apple, persimmon, pear and avocado, so a 6-pack will include some repeats.

Is the silvervine stick OK to chew?

Supervise chewing, because the stem is natural wood and can splinter. Once it is chewed down or splinters, retire the fruit. Do not pull the stick out, since that can open the seam.

Are these OK for kittens?

The maker recommends them for cats 3 months and older. Kittens under about six months often don't react to catnip or silvervine yet, but many still bat the fruit around.
