Ingredients & safety

Short faux-fur plush with white plush eyes and red felt legs, filled with catnip and a small bell. The crab has a white corduroy belly with a short red-and-white twine wrap. This toy is for supervised play only: play together, put it away after play and whenever no one is watching, and check the seams before each use. The bell, twine wrap, felt legs and eyes are small parts that can come loose; remove the toy if a part is loose or torn, or if your cat starts chewing pieces off.

Crab or lobster design

Choose one of two coral-orange designs. The lobster has two fluffy claws and a curled tail; the crab has raised claws and a white corduroy belly wrapped with red-and-white twine.

Catnip and bell inside

Catnip and a small bell are inside the plush. Some cats react strongly to catnip, others ignore it.

Which design will I get?

The one you pick: crab or lobster. Each order is one toy in your chosen design.

Is it okay if my cat chews it?

No. It is a hug, kick and bat toy, not a toy for chewing. If your cat starts chewing the felt legs, twine or fur, end the session and put the toy away.

Does it have catnip inside?

Yes. Along with a small bell, there is catnip inside the plush; how much your cat reacts varies.

How do I clean it?

Spot clean with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Do not soak it, because of the bell inside.
