Printed fabric bib with black bias-bound edges and black fabric ties. This is a dress-up and photo accessory, not an everyday or breakaway collar: only use it while you are with your cat, never attach a leash or ID tag, and take it off for sleep, solo play and time outdoors. Remove it if your cat chews the ties or the edge. Spot clean and lay flat to dry.
