Ingredients & safety

Hand-crocheted acrylic yarn ruffle bib with crocheted tie cords, and in three styles a small crocheted charm (tangerine and daisy, bow with ball, or strawberry with tiny pearl-look beads). This is a dress-up and photo accessory for short, supervised wear: stay with your cat while it is on and take it off for sleep, solo play and time outdoors. It is decorative, not for a leash or ID tag. Crocheted charms, beads and the long tie cords can come loose or tangle, so check the bib before each use and remove it if your cat chews or paws at it. Spot clean or hand wash cold, then air dry.

Four crochet styles

Choose Pink Tulip, Orange Blossom, Blue Bow or Red Strawberry. The Pink Tulip is all ruffle with no front charm; the other three each carry a small crocheted charm at the front.

Round scalloped ruffle

The outer edge is worked in plump scallops, from graded pink tulip buds and green leaves to a wide cream-white ruffle, with a narrow neckband inside.

Hand-crocheted yarn

Made of hand-crocheted acrylic yarn, with a crocheted tangerine and daisy, a blue bow with a little yellow ball, or a strawberry on a red-and-white houndstooth ribbon bow, depending on the style.

Four sizes with crochet ties

Thin crocheted tie cords about 15 cm long on each side knot in a bow at the back. Ruffle width grows with the size: 15, 20, 25 or 30 cm for XS, S, M and L.

Pick your size

Choose XS (up to 4.4 lb), S (up to 7.7 lb), M (up to 14 lb) or L (up to 22 lb) based on your cat's weight.

Tie it loosely

Place the bib around the neck with the charm at the front and tie the cords in a loose bow at the back. Leave room for two fingers to slide underneath.

Snap and take it off

Take your pictures with a treat ready, then untie the bib. Never leave it on when you are out of the room.

Which size should I choose?

Does every style have a charm?

No. Pink Tulip is a plain scalloped ruffle with leaves and no front charm. Orange Blossom, Blue Bow and Red Strawberry each have a crocheted charm at the front.

My cat will not tolerate a bib.

Some cats never accept one. Try it for a few seconds at a time with treats, keep it loose, and stop if your cat freezes, shakes or paws at it.

Can my cat wear it all day?

No. It is made for supervised photo sessions only. Put it on for a few pictures, then take it off and put it away; never use it for sleep, solo play or outdoors.
