A steel fountain with a tap-style stream

Many cats would rather drink from a running tap than a still bowl. This fountain keeps up to 2.5 L (84.5 fl oz) moving through a two-part filter and out of a curved faucet spout or a bubbling spring.
LitterBond Stainless Steel Water Fountain 2.5 L - 5 reasons to love it
Polished 304 stainless steel bowl
The bowl is 304 stainless steel with a mirror finish, a sleek change from an all-plastic fountain on your kitchen floor.
Faucet stream or bubbling spring
The Standard style comes with a curved faucet spout that pours a tap-like stream. Take the spout off and water bubbles up and spreads across the wide, rippled tray instead.
Big 2.5 L capacity
The bowl holds up to 2.5 L (84.5 fl oz), and a clear side window with MIN and MAX marks and a red float shows when it's time to top up.
Optional motion sensor style
Pick the Motion Sensor style and a small sensor starts the water flowing when your cat comes near. Both styles run on 5 V USB power and include a US plug adapter.

Fountain in 3 Steps

LitterBond Stainless Steel Water Fountain 2.5 L - how to use in 3 steps
Fill the bowl
Rinse the parts and fit the filter set, then fill the steel bowl with fresh water between the MIN and MAX marks and set the tray on top.
Plug it in
Connect the USB cable to the US plug adapter, plug it into the wall and run the cord where your cat can't reach or chew it.
Let it flow
Water rises through the filter and pours from the spout or bubbles across the tray. Check the level window daily and top up before it nears MIN.

Questions cat parents ask

Don't see yours? Send it to us through the contact page.

What's the difference between Standard and Motion Sensor?
Standard flows whenever it's plugged in and comes with the curved faucet spout. Motion Sensor adds a small sensor that starts the water when your cat comes near. Both include a US plug adapter and one filter set.
My cat won't drink from it. What can I do?
Set it next to your cat's usual water spot and keep the old bowl out for a few days. With the Standard style, try both the faucet stream and the bubbling spring to see which your cat prefers.
How often should I change the filter?
The maker suggests replacing the sponge and cartridge about once a month, sooner if they look discolored or the flow slows down.
How do I clean it?
Unplug it first. Lift off the tray, wash the steel bowl and tray by hand, then reassemble with the filter set; aim for a full clean about once a week.
